1. Booking Policy
- All sessions must be booked in advance
- Full or partial payment (as applicable) is required to confirm your booking
- Booking confirmation will be shared via email or message
2. Cancellation Policy
By Client:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be non-refundable
- No-shows will be treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable
For Programs/Packages:
- Once a program has started, cancellations are not allowed
- Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Sessions can be rescheduled with minimum 24 hours prior notice
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Emergency rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds:
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Session canceled by Be Mature Now
- Service not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Missed sessions or no-shows
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
- Change of mind after booking
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations or outcomes
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
- Any transaction or processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted
6. Cancellation by Be Mature Now
We reserve the right to:
- Reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
- Provide an alternative slot or a full refund in such cases
7. Special Considerations
We understand that life can be unpredictable.
In genuine emergency situations, exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
