- Mindset and life skills sessions
Important: Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
2. Eligibility
- Individuals aged 18 years and above can enroll independently
- For participants below 18, parent/guardian consent is mandatory
- Parents are responsible for ensuring the suitability of sessions for minors
3. User Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Participate respectfully in sessions
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without permission
- Follow guidance responsibly and at your own discretion
4. Booking & Payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance
- Fees must be paid before the session unless otherwise agreed
- Payments once made are subject to our refund/cancellation policy
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Sessions can be rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 24 hours recommended)
- Missed sessions without notice may be considered as completed
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time
6. No Guarantees
While we are committed to supporting your growth:

- We do not guarantee specific outcomes
- Success depends on individual participation and effort
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy:
- All sessions are kept confidential
- Information is not shared without consent, except when required by law

- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission

- Personal decisions made based on coaching sessions
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from service use

- Refuse or terminate services in case of inappropriate behavior
- Cancel sessions if terms are violated
